Uniform Returns

Exchanges: We do not accept Exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order. 

Eligibility for Returns: You may return your order within 30 days of fulfillment for a full refund.

Condition of Returned Products: Items must be returned in the same condition as received. This means unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Authorization (RMA): To begin your return, please fill out the Return Request Form. Submitting the form notifies us of your return and generates a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this RMA number inside your package.

Return Shipping: Please note that submitting the return form does not generate a prepaid shipping label. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

Refund Process: Once your return package arrives and is inspected, we will issue your refund. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 1–2 weeks from the date your return is delivered for your refund to be processed.
